Christopher P. Yeung is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of FirstRock Private Equity Limited (FRPE).
In this role, he provides executive leadership over the portfolio companies’ holdings and is responsible for the achievement of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives, as identified by the Board of Directors.
Mr. Yeung has over 14 years of experience in finance and banking, specializing in debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory, financial analysis, treasury, and asset management.
He holds a BSc in Financial Economics from Centre College, USA, and an MBA (distinction) in Banking and Finance from the University of West Indies, Jamaica. He also completed the Executive Education Program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School. He currently serves as a director for My Ocean Limited, Optimum Distributors, Ultra Financier Limited, Dolla Guyana Inc and Simple Advisory Limited.

David brings over 15 years of experience in premium markets, including his role as General Manager of ATL Automotive Group's Porsche division, where he developed deep expertise in serving clients who value exceptional service and results. His approach combines strategic financial insight with the personalized attention that driven business leaders appreciate.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. He believes that exceptional businesses thrive with financial partnerships built on trust, discretion, and shared success.

With extensive experience in Jamaica's financial landscape, Mario has helped build loan portfolios supporting hundreds of successful businesses, from emerging startups to established SMEs seeking their next level of growth. His background as a founding member of M-Twentyfour Investments Limited gives him firsthand insight into the entrepreneurial journey and the capital needs at each stage of business development.
Mario's foundation in financial services began at National Commercial Bank, where he gained comprehensive understanding of both traditional and innovative financing approaches. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance with Distinction from the University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of the West Indies. As a Justice of the Peace, Mario brings additional credibility and community standing to his client relationships.

Mr. Kadeen Mairs serves as a Director & the Chief Executive Officer of Dolla Financial Services Limited. He also serves as Director of Dolla Financial (Guyana) Inc., a subsidiary of Dolla Financial Jamaica and Chairman of Dequity Capital Management Limited, an associate stake shareholder of Dolla Financial Jamaica. Mr. Mairs has over 14 years of experience in the financial sector with 6 years at the executive level; working within the Credit Unions, Commercial Banks, Investment Banks, Venture Capital Company and Founding of former Microfinance Institution M24 Investments. He is designated as a Certified Expert in Microfinance by the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany; he has received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Montego Bay Community College with a major in Management and pursued a Master of Business Administration with major in Marketing from the University of the Technology Jamaica.

Kenroy Kerr is the Interim CEO at Dolla Financial Services Limited, where he oversees the company's day-to-day administration and operations in accordance with the company's business model. His professional career spans over 13 years of progressive experience in banking and finance, having joined the Bank of Nova Scotia in 2008 where he worked for almost ten years in various capacities.
Following his years with the bank, Kenroy was appointed to the position of Head of Credit and Risk at Dolla Financial Services Limited. His leadership has been instrumental in the development of new loan products that contributed to increased loan growth, and strategies that lowered non-performing loans and optimized the quality of the loan portfolio.
Kenroy holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (distinction) with a specialization in Organisational Development from Aston University, Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a major in accounting (honours).

Trevene McKenzie is the Chief Financial Officer of Dolla Financial Services Limited. She joins the team with a wealth of knowledge in financial management, planning, reporting, and analysis garnered from working across various industries such as banking/finance, outsourcing, and telecoms. As the Chief Financial Officer, she provides leadership and oversight for Dolla’s finances as well as monitoring performance against strategy and budget.
Previously, Ms. McKenzie was Head of Finance for Technical and Networks at Digicel Group. She has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Economics. She is an associate member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.

responsible for the day-to-day operational activities in the Branch Network, company

experience improvement. Ms. Thompson worked as Dolla Financial Services' Human
Resources Manager for over 5 years. Ms. Thompson has over 20 years of experience in the industries of Business, Banking and Hospitality. She possesses a Bachelor of Business

He is subscribed to ACA International; an association of collectors and credit professionals where he does industry related, ongoing online enhancement courses aimed at improving collection strategies and techniques. Prior to entering the microfinance industry, he led a diverse team in the capacity of supervisor for payroll accounting at a leading BPO firm; Xerox, now Conduent. He holds a degree from The University of Technology, where he majored in Production and Operations.

Mario Brown is the Country Manager at Dolla Financial Services Limited. He is primarily responsible for establishing Dolla’s physical footprint and the attainment of the growth and delinquency targets of the organization which are established by the Chief Executive Officer in keeping with the organization's mission and vision.
Mr. Brown assumed responsibility for the Dolla portfolio after its acquisition of M24 investments of which he is a founding member. He was the Regional Manager and under his leadership, Dolla Financial has grown exponentially with over J$3 Billion in loans disbursed to the microfinance sector and has assisted more than 5,000 Jamaicans.
Mario’s journey to Dolla took him through the commercial banking sector. In 2011, he joined National Commercial Bank as a teller and was promoted to credit officer in 2012. He joined M24 Investments at its inception as Operations Manager. This experience gave him valuable insights into entrepreneurship and management which he would later implement at Dolla.
Mr. Brown holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance with Distinction from the University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from The University of the West Indies with a major in Marketing.

Tricia Nicholas is the Group Governance and Compliance Manager of Dolla Financial
Services Limited. She leads the group's Corporate Governance, Compliance and Risk
Management Unit and oversees the Compliance and Risk Management programs. As a
part of the Executive Team, Miss Nicholas works closely with the Board and Senior Management to facilitate strategic growth, good corporate governance, risk management, controls, and compliance. She has over eighteen (18) years of professional experience in Governance and Corporate Law and over eight (8) years in Commercial and Litigation law as a Senior Legal Secretary. Miss Nicholas is the company’s Nominating Officer and oversees Dolla’s compliance and risk management programs. She is the Company Secretary for its subsidiary, Ultra Financier Limited. In addition, Miss Nicholas acts as the Recording Secretary for the Company and its subsidiaries. Miss Nicholas also holds experience in Administration, Office Management and Human Resources. She previously worked as the Legal Assistant and Team Leader for
Nicholson Phillips law firm. She was the Company Secretary for the charitable
organisation BACK2LIFE Foundation.
Miss Nicholas is an International Compliance Association Associate Member and was awarded as a Certified Risk and Compliance Practitioner. She holds a Level 5 –
International UK Diploma in Business Management from The Association of Business Executives. She is pursuing the Financial Crime and Compliance MBA with Bangor University, which will allow her to gain a Master in Business Administration and the professional designation of Financial Intelligence Specialist.
