Ultra Financier Limited is a limited liability company incorporated on 3 August 2022 and domiciled in Jamaica. The Company’s parent company is Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA), which is incorporated in Jamaica and owns 100% interest in the Company. The principal place of business is located at Unit #15, Barbican Business Centre, 88 Barbican Road, Kingston 6. The Company began operations effective November 1, 2022.

During the first 2 years of operations, the Company’s main focus was asset based lending backed by luxury assets. After recognizing the growing needs of our clients and the market, the Board and Management have repositioned the Company as a premier private credit company. Private credit refers to loans or financing options provided by non-bank lenders, offering greater flexibility and quicker access to funds compared to traditional banks.

We focus on delivering personalized and efficient financial solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. While the Company retains its commitment to providing financing that is fast and flexible, privacy, and trust, the focus has broadened to include a wider range of private credit solutions. The strategic shift aims to serve a wider and more diverse market, aligning with the Company’s vision to be the leading provider of private credit solutions for high-net-worth clients
