The Company’s parent company is Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA), which is incorporated in Jamaica and owns 100% interest in the Company. The principal place of business is located at Unit #15, Barbican Business Centre, 88 Barbican Road, Kingston 6. The Company began operations effective November 1, 2022. During the first 2 years of operations, the Company’s main focus was asset based lending backed by luxury assets. After recognizing the growing needs of our clients and the market, the Board and Management have repositioned the Company as a premier private credit company.
